I wanted to tell you guys a little bit about myself today, as long as you don’t think that’s too vain. I mean, it’s my newsletter, so you should hear a little bit about me personally, right?
I recently (like yesterday) had someone comment on Boots to the Ground, talking about how it hit close to home for them. It hit close to home for me, too, just so you know.
I grew up in a home filled with violence and the dark and twisty things that go bump in the night. Monsters were real in my world, and because of that a lot of times they end up in my writing.
I hope the light at the end of the tunnel is enough for you, because for a lot of people… that’s all there is.
I strive for real stories.
Real possibilities.
The real world, brought onto the pages that I give you.
It means more than you will ever know that you are reading and loving the Birch Universe.
